INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Receive coaching in a dedicated, one-to-one environment. Includes:

  • Your choice of weekly frequency (minimum 1 per week)

  • 60- to 120-minute sessions available

  • Individualized strength and conditioning program

  • Check-ins outside of the training environment as needed

  • Ongoing testing, monitoring, nutritonal and supplement guidance

  • Packages starting at $450 per month. Variable rates depending on frequency.

REMOTE PROGRAMMING AND COACHING

An individualized program will be created to meet your current needs and can include online video review and coaching if you desire. Programs can include speed and strength development, conditioning and structural integrity & tolerance sessions. Ongoing testing and monitoring with monthly reports will be provided on an as needed basis.

  • $275 per month for remote programming and coaching, nutritional and supplement support and ongoing video and message correspondence, including weekly check-ins and video review

WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS

Available on request. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • 1 to 3 hour ‘crash course’ workshops on a desired topic area.

  • 1 to 2 day seminars for a deep dive into skill development, technical refinement and programming for a specific area of strength & conditioning, weightlifting, sprinting or energy system development.

 

PHYSIOLOGICAL TESTING

A customized testing battery is created, executed and interpreted based on your sport and current needs. Typically this includes a combination of Strength Qualities Assessment Tests and Energy System Assessment Tests. This package includes:

  • Initial consult

  • Test administration

  • Data interpretation and individualized training recommendations

  • Finalized report and review meeting

  • Velocity-based strength testing, timing gate speed testing, blood lactate profiling

  • Contact for specific rates

TEAM TRAINING

Available on request. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Yearly periodization, testing batteries and reporting

  • Monitoring of load and wellness measures

  • Strength and conditioning programming and competition preparation

  • In-person and/or remote coaching

  • Integration with coaching, sport medical and other support staff

  • Due to the variable nature of the above options, contact us for rates
