With the help and guidance of a certified professional, you will improve your ability to accomplish your goals faster and safer while maximizing the benefits. The training approach at Amaranth Strength and Conditioning is one that will provide you with knowledge and skills that can be used for a lifetime.
To maximize progress, it will be necessary for you to follow program guidelines during supervised and (if applicable) unsupervised training days. During your exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program. By purchasing this service, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being and you acknowledge and understand that no responsibility is assumed by the leaders of the program.
TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The expiration policy requires completion of all in-person and online training sessions within the time period they are purchased for, starting from the date of the contract. This means that monthly subscriptions cannot be rolled over into the following month. As such, training sessions are void after the time period they are purchased.
4. No refunds for any purchased training programs or sessions will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
5. In the instance of a missed subscription payment, it will be attempted again 5 days later. If this payment if not received, a late fee may apply.
